Check cruisefish. When you go to the cruise, and hover over the type of room you're interested in's price, a window will open showing the prices, as well as when prices increased.

Cruisefish.net. The prices shown are for the first 2 people in the room, & if you hover your mouse pointer over the price a box will appear which shows every price since opening day.

So from opening day pricing the rate went from $875 to $1750 per person?!?! I really wonder if that rate is shown as per person based on double occupancy?

Yes, it's per person based on double occupancy.

If you're specifically talking about a 9A room, the opening day price was $1750 per person (double occupancy = $3,500). There have been no price increases yet for that category.
