Hello everyone! My family will be on an Alaskan cruise next summer (knock on wood, we were supposed to be on one this September but that didn’t happen). Wanting to stay at the Pan Pacific the night before, but I’m confused by their bed description. They said a room with “two double beds.” Does anyone know what size they are? Queen? Full? Ideally we’d only have one room for us and our two kids, but my husband and I sharing a full wouldn’t really be the funnest thing in the world. If anyone know I would certainly appreciate it!

Happy cruising!

A double bed is a full size by a different name.

Can you do one parent and one kid in each? That's what we typically do on vacation; no matter where the kid starts they somehow rotate to the foot of the bed anyway.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. We’ll probably do one parent+kid per bed. Thanks!

Yeah, we do one parent, one kid when there are doubles, but we booked a more expensive room (Panoramic Harborview Room) that has a king and a sofa bed at the Pan Pacific for our cruise to Alaska in June. I really can't handle doubles.

We can't do the double/full. That's how we ended up at the Pacific Rim next door :) They had rooms with 2 queens
