Palo with multiple state rooms

I am going to be going on the Dream over spring break with my parents, my brother, and his wife. This will be my families second cruise but everone else's first cruise. I am going to try to get a Palo reservation for at least my wife and I when the time comes. If we wanted to include my parents and my brother, what is the best way to add them to the reservation. I'm assuming I won't be able to add them when it is my time to make the reservation. When it becomes their time, how hard would it be to just adjust the numbers?

We are in a similar situation, and I reached out to DCL to ask what would be the most efficient way to accomplish this.

Our scenario: 5 cabins/10 people (also on the Dream)
1 cabin Platinum - secured Palo brunch
2 cabins Gold - secured Palo brunch same day and time
2 cabins No Castaway status - hoping they also get the same day and time. (or at least day).

I was thinking that once boarding starts that we will need to visit dining changes to see if we can all be put together.

Your best strategy is to try to get a reservation for the groups in each stateroom when their booking windows open, then go to the dining changing area and ask for the tables to be combined. If you are unable to book a table for one group, you could also ask whether they could be added to your reservation.

If you have everyone booked and just need to combine the tables, you can wait until later in the afternoon (after the rush) to talk to the dining staff.
