Palo wine list?

Anyone have the wine list from Palo? We ordered this GREAT wine and I'm searching for the actual name / year. I think it was Caymus, but I don't know anything else about it.

It was great and around $90.

Any ideas?

Palo, as well as all of the other restaurants aboard, have a reserve wine list. This list is the same at all locations and you can ask for it at any time. The reserve list is very extensive in the wines offered and also tends to be quite expensive.

I have yet to find this list anywhere on the internet!

Was the wine a chardonnay? A conundrum? A white wine?

ThreeCircles . . . Yes, I can't find the Palo wine list anywhere online. The Caymus was a cabernet and it was GOOD! I found that name when I did a google search, but there were plenty of years avail and I'd like to know what we drank on the ship!
