We have never had dinner here, so I have a few questions.
Is there a bread basket?
Are soda/ice tea included or additional?
Reservation says 90 minutes, longer or about that time?

I know there is bread but don't recall how it is served.
Soda (don't drink tea of any variety) is included so I would assume iced tea would be as well.
If you don't tell your server to speed it up or take their time, 90 minutes sounds about right.

We always will indicate to our server we would like to be out in time to see the later show in the Walt Disney Theater as we usually book palo for 6 or 6:30. They do a good job to keep it paced so you can make the show.

I can’t remember if Palo steakhouse served bread but Palo on the other 4 ships served bread with the meal.

My last time we got a basket of different breads, eg. garlic and breadsticks and something else but I don’t remember what the other bread was.
They use ice tea as “ice cubes” so your tea won’t get diluted. Nice touch.

Thanks for all the replies. Not too worried about time, we will see Moana at 6pm(last night). Needed to know about bread because DH is a T1D and loves his carbs. He will also be happy about the ice tea cubes.

They definitely had a nice bread basket for brunch; I'd assume the same for dinner. Enjoy! Moana was amazing!

Had another question, we are planning on doing the 4 course meal, can my DH get just a plain iceberg salad or not?? In the MDR every night he gets a kids salad as he hates the weedy lettuces.

We did Palo dinner on the Treasure in January. A great experience. To answer your questions:
Yes, there is a bread basket. Your server will happily bring extra if you like
Yes, Soda/Ice Tea are included.
Yes, 90 minutes sounds about right. As noted above though, your server can pace the meal so it takes longer or less time. Just talk to them when you are seated to let them know your preferences.

We dined at Palo SH on 4-11 and it was fabulous, it did take 3 hours though. We were not in a hurry, but we were almost late because I reserved for 8pm and the app showed 7:30pm.
For some reason DCL was not enforcing dress codes in palo or enchante, as we saw some very questionable attire.

We dined there March 24. Dinner.
We had bread basket......and soda.

There were 2 men (and the rest of their group waiting to go in) that were wearing shorts and they were told they needed long pants to dine that there was a dress code.
One whined about it and said he didn't have any long pants.....he brought his phone over and showed the cast member it said shorts were allowed. He was told that was brunch.
He stormed off, as did the other man, and the other 4 in there part went to dinner.
They never came back.
I was glad to see the dress code enforced.

Re: Pacing.
We ate dinner and brunch at Palo on the Treasure the last week of March and our server asked us unprompted if we had anything after the meal and if so, when so she could time the service properly.
Also, highly recommend Greys Kelly from Brazil for Palo. She took great care of us.

The table next to us all the men had on shorts. Saw athletic wear and jeans that looked like they came out of a dumpster and flip flops.
Makes me wonder if you are a VIP you can wear what you want because that night the dress code was not enforced.

I don't think we've ever been done with Palo dinner in under 2 hours.

Shorts, etc are permitted at brunch, but long trousers for men are required at dinner. My husband was sent back to change from dress shorts one evening at dinner
This was for dinner, I was so surprised the dress code was not enforced that evening. Thinking out loud, maybe you spend boat loads of money for suites and you can wear whatever you want, obviously the CM knows your stateroom number. I don’t know why it wasn’t enforced that week. My DD and her husband spent time in the rose and saw a lot of questionable attire also in the times they were there in the evening.

Was it the first night of the cruise? Just thinking maybe they had an issue with missing luggage or something.

I can't imagine them not enforcing the rule just for concierge passengers (or anyone else) so my guess would be there was some time of extenuating circumstance here.

No we had dinner at palo last night of the cruise, so missing luggage I doubt.
DD saw different nights of unenforced dress code.
The table next to us the women were dressed very nice and all the men had on shorts, this was dinner not brunch.
Maybe during our cruise April4-12, different CM working that area, I was really surprised people were not turned away.
