Palo Reservations ??

I was wondering if I can make Palo reservations for my parents. We plan on arriving at the port early and their flight doesn't get in until later. If I have their stateroom number, can I make reservations for them at the same time I make them for myself?

I have done this before at Palo. All they asked for is names and room numbers. This was about a year ago, so if anyone has any recent experience, please let us know.
