Palo/Remy reservations

I just did my online check in and when I was reserving Palo and Remy it would only let me make the reservation for 6 people even though we have 7 in our party (all over 18). This is our 14th cruise and we have never had this problem. Has anyone else? I will certainly call tomorrow, I'm just curious if anyone knows what is going on.

You have all 7 staying in the same room? Reservations are made by room. It may be that 7 is too large for a standard table, you might have to check into the group room.

We are in 2 rooms but our reservations are linked. We have done 8 at Palo (and not been in the private room) a couple of times but not Remy. I wonder if it has changed.

Next question, I suppose, would be does DCL have the correct birthdate for everyone? Maybe they think someone isn't 18 yet. Anyone not 18 right now, but will be on the ship?

I called Disney and they will only do reservations for up to 6 people at Palo now but if I do a reservation for 5 and 2 at the same time they will make sure we are seated together. At Remy you can usually do a reservation for up to 8 but all the 8 top tables were already booked (which seemed odd that all of them were booked already for every night at every time and I was doing it right when the Platinum window opened up) but again, I made a reservation for 5 and 2 at the same time and we are supposed to be seated together. I will certainly go double check the reservation when we board.
