Palo High Tea and Brunch?

Hi fellow cruisers!
Just a quick question on Palo High Tea and Brunch. Can anyone tell me what is served? I couldn't find menus for either one. Just a highlight would be great!! Also, does anyone know what day we can have Tea with Wendy?
We will be on the 7 day Eastern.
