I realize the upcharge per person to dine in Palo, but are you able to order more than one entree from the menu like in the main dining rooms or is it just one appetizer, one entree, etc.. like a regular restaurant?

I have been able to, but I have seen posts on here from some who said they were allowed one only. maybe it depends on who you are ordering from or who the manager is.

I've ordered more than one item before (not the main entree). My guess is that it would just be subject to being a reasonable request. (e.g., asking for half of one and half of another = probably OK, but asking for one of each type of entree = probably not OK).

They are quite open to guests ordering more than one item at any stage (appetizer, entree, desert) of the meal. They will also offer half portions of some items so you can get that if you would just like to try something alongside your regular item. Its also a regular thing for people to order something "for the table" so that your whole party can try things like lobster ravioli.

So yes, its totally OK.

Yay...this is the answer I was hoping for!

We ordered different appetizers (one individually and one or two "table" appetizers - in fact one was recommended and brought by the server). My son also ordered a second entree (well actually just the protein part) as he wanted to try the lamb. We all ordered the souflle and my DIL had a few small specially made desserts brought for her. We were able to order whatever we wanted and no one questioned - at least in Palo. I've never eaten at Remy so that might be different.

We've had the same experience as some of the previous posters. Our server would make an entrée' suggestion and then bring that (or something else that we wanted just to taste) for our table of four (or two when it's just DH and I), to try. Same thing with appetizers, desserts, etc.

My tip: Don't ask the server if it's "ok" to order something extra. Just order what you'd like. They will bring it. :)

Tell them what you want. Shouldn't be a problem. I have done this many times without a problem.
