If you can, try to do the champagne brunch and the dinner! For an extra 10.00 pp, it's well worth it. In fact, although the brunch and dinner are equally awesome, if I could only pick one I'd do the brunch. During brunch, you can order your main entrees (which include items such as grilled talapia (my favorite!), pastas, gourmet pizzas, eggs benedict/julia, and other stuff I can't remember. There is a gourmet buffet portion that includes desserts and pastries, crab legs (two different kinds), deli meats and cheeses, breads, fruits and all sorts of other stuff. You also get one glass of champagne, and if you want any more I believe it's an extra 4.00 per glass. The service is wonderful and is the same as you would expect during dinner. It's divine! I believe brunch is offered on the sea days, and the reservations go fast.
