I have a cruise on the Wish coming up and would love to try Palo brunch on our Nassau day. As you'd expect, it is sold out. My question is where to go to get put on the waitlist on embarkation day?

Check the app when you are in the cruise terminal. It will list a time and location for dinning changes. This can change from cruise to cruise.

As noted above, the time/place can change so your best bet is to check the app when you board. I believe however, it is usually at Luna around 1:00 or 1:30.

Should be Luna on the Wish, but as other said, check the app once you're at port or onboard. It also didn't open up right away, though people were lining up even before it 'officially' opened.

Most times it's sold out by the time we book.... never had an issue getting added to the list. But our last "Brunch" was just after 12PM.

IMO, "brunch" is a combo of breakfast and lunch. And the brunches I've attended over the years (in many locations) generally run 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Exactly. There is nothing not brunch about it being at noon. That's solidly in the middle of "brunch hours".

Continue to check the DCL app daily to see if a reservation comes open. We had a couple of cruises that ended up being canceled (COVID and other maladys) before we finally got on board...and on all three cruises, we eventually had a Palo Brunch reservation as a first-time cruiser. So don't think you have to wait until you get on board...

Agreed. Considering in some places brunch doesn't even start until 10am, noon is not super late for a brunch.
I’ve seen places that don’t start brunch until 11.30, at that point honestly it’s just lunch.

But yes, noon is not an uncommon time for a brunch.

For me, a late starting time does not negate the brunch designation so long as a combination of typical breakfast offerings (egg dishes, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc,) and lunch options (both savory and sweet) are available.
