Palo Brunch vs Traditional Worth it?

Worth it is so subjective. Part of what you're paying for is the higher level of service and upscale atmosphere, which some people value, some do not. When it was the full buffet, I think it was absolutely worth it. These days I do it when I want to have a fancy meal away from the kids but I don't view it as a Must Do anymore. The food is good but without the buffet, I actually would rather do dinner at Palo or Remy/Enchante (but that's just my preference based on the menus).

The Brunch is very difficult to get a spot for. Much harder than dinner. We have a week long cruise with 3 sea days and are silver so not even first time cruisers and I tried to book right at midnight the night it opened up and not a single spot was available for Brunch any day! So I settled for a dinner reservation at Palo instead.

You're not wrong, unfortunately. On my upcoming cruise I was able to book Palo dinner, could still book dinner every other night, and even could get Remy brunch, dinner, and dessert on most nights (but nothing for Palo Brunch)
