Palo Brunch on Key West day - too rushed?

I think brunch is from 10 - 12 that day correct? Do you almost "have to" schedule it at 10 or 10:30 to avoid feeling rushed?

We really lingered over this meal last time, but did it on an at-sea day so we had until 1:00.

I didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the view from our table while coming into port. I don't recall our reservation time but it was an earlier one and we were in no hurry to go ashore.

We booked 10.30 on last weeks cruise, had plenty of time but regretted having breakfast ( oops piggy me )
