We are considering eating here after Fantasmic however we will be dressed in "theme" park attire and have well behaved children along. Are there famlies here or mostly couples, conventioneers etc. Would we feel comfortable here?

Yes and yes. 
DH and I ate there in September for our anniversary dinner. We saw several other couples, several families and a couple tables of conventioneers. The staff was very good with the little girl at the table next to us. Dress was everything from theme park casual to business attire. We really enjoyed our meal there.
