Does the Pal Mickey Work as a fast pass in rides at Epcot or any of the other parks for that matter? Thank You everybody

No, Pal Mickey is not a Fast Pass. He does sometimes tell you when a ride has a short line and when shows and parades are coming up, otherwise it's just park facts and really corny jokes. He plays 3 games too.
