pal mickey question

I just bought a pal mickey from ebay. Can you bring him on the airplane in a carry on bag or does he need to be checked in?

I would assume that like any child's talking stuffed toy he could go on the airplane with you. Of course the other airline guests may get tired of the corny jokes...... (that would be if my kid were carrying his onboard!)

I wouldn't allow my kids to play with him on board because i think it would get on my nerves after 2 hours of corny jokes and i love mickey mouse. Will the transmitter mess up pilot communication?

We bought Pal before we left on our last trip and we asked the CM who sold it to us if we can bring it on the plane and he said it was no problem. When we got to the airport I carried Pal myself (to ensure that his nose didn't get damaged) and when we went through customs all I had to do was put him in the bins they provide for small items. On the airplane though you should keep him turned off.
