Pal Mickey Lanyard Question

I am going to purchase Pal Mickey this Dec. I am going to bring a longer type lanyard so that I can wear him over my shoulder and across my chest like a purse. I know that the new Pal comes with a short lanyard. Is there a hook to hook or clip the lanyard to Mickey?

He comes with a little clip that hooks onto his lanyard, but we have discovered that it is so much easier to remove everything and put him on a carabiner and then clip him to whatever (like our backpack or fanny pack, etc.). It is so much easier and much more secure.

He comes with a belt clip or there is a clip on the lanyard that goes thru a loop on the back of his head ( the same loop the belt clip would hook onto). I think the lanyard he comes with is plenty long enough but then again i didnt carry him on it. I did see plenty of others carrying him on the lanyard and some wore him the way you describe i would just be very careful because i dont see that as a very secure way to carry him.

I have a long lanyard with a clip on it, but I wasn't sure if Mickey had something that I could clip the clip to. If he does, he will be very secure.

The lanyard he came with was fine for me.

You can buy him at the hotel gift shops, and some at the parks. I got mine directly from Disney. I called the 800 number that was on the website. I wouldn't do that if you're leaving in 2 weeks, though. I'd wait until you get there and buy one.
