Pal Mickey for a 3 year old?

We're going to WDW in December. I'm wondering if anybody has experience with Pal Mickey? Will my dd3 enjoy the comments or is she too young to understand the content? Basically, is it worth the purchase or will it be just one more thing to carry around?

We got one for my dd when she was 3, (almost 4) and she liked it... Some stuff will be over her head - like the jokes and such.. but it's still a cute toy.. and now my dd is almost 6, and this will be pal mickey's 3rd trip back to WDW with her..

If you hate lugging and keeping track of stuff, it isn't worth it. We had one stolen, because everyone thought someone else had the wretched thing. Bought another...

My kids like theirs, and my niece loves hers, but they are all older.

My youngest wasn't very into Pal Mickey, for the tour guide aspect. He likes playing with him at the house, but at the parks, he didn't want to carry him, and didn't really have interest in hearing where the shortest line was.

My nine year old adored him, and thought he was the greatest creation ever.
