Pal Mickey Batteries?

Figured we'd rather be safe and buy extra batteries for Pal Mickey before we leave, rather than spending a gazillion dollars to buy them at the resort

So what kind of batteries does he need?

In August of '05 the Pal Mickey I bought in '03 wasn't working at MGM. I took him to some store near Indiana Jones to find out what was wrong and the nice lady behind the counter replaced the batteries for free and he was fine. I'm not sure if this is park policy or was just a random act of kindness?

I stupidly left my replacement batteries in the room once and Mick went nuts in the AK after going thru the turnstyles. They were sweet and changed them for me but I had to buy the batteries which I expected.

I try to remember to keep a spare set in my fanny pack especially since I typically travel with 2 other ladies with their own Pals.
