Paint the night in WDW?

Didn't I read somewhere that some of the PTN floats couldn't make the turn from Liberty Square into the hub? If that's true, don't see how they would send it to WDW.
Yes, that has been heavily speculated.

If so, I called it about 6 weeks ago on another thread. They need new barns or whatever to hold those floats in due to their size. When those are done, it'll come.
I'm sorry, but I highly doubt your statement. The current version of the Main Street Electrical Parade has 21 floats (yes I counted the bugs, and Mr. Smee's boat). Paint the Night only has 13 floats (I counted Lightning McQueen, the Flying Saucer, and the floats Minnie, Goofy, and Donald sit on). Now, a lot of the bigger floats are in the general size of some of the Main Street Electrical Parade floats. The parade that has the longest float is the Main Street Electrical Parade (America unit). If you are talking about height of the floats, Elliot and the Eagle are about as tall as the Frozen float which is the tallest float in Paint the Night. I heard that is the reason why Disneyland stopped having the hanging wreaths across Main Street at Christmas (which I miss a lot). So, with that information, I highly doubt Walt Disney World really needs to build new parade storage areas.

Now, will WDW get Paint the Night someday? We really don't know.

They did order a full set of costumes last year.

We don't know that for sure. Len Testa claimed they did but we don't know if they actually did or not.

I thought someone said that costuming for both parks was in Orlando - maybe I'm mis-remembering that conversation.

IF they did order the costumes, I wonder if it was in substitution for compensation to DL because of the horrible condition MSEP was in. Just a thought.

@lentesta you got any new info on these costumes?

I believe to some extent yes WDW has the costuming for both coasts. I'm sure some is still done at DL though.

I know a couple years ago, costuming for all parks was in orlando, not just uss. Specifically the buildings behind tsmm. Not sure the situation these days or where they moved. This is per backstage tour so grain of salt.

That costuming building moved off site in Orlando I believe.
