Paint the night and Christmas decor- booked for Nov!

We just booked for Nov 15-22, Does anyone know if the paint the night parade will still be around? my boys and myself LOVED it in Aug but we didnt take my youngest, this time we are and I really want him to see it (plus, I want to see it again too haha)

Also, Its to my understanding that Christmas decor usually goes up around the time we'll be there, is that the general consensus?

PTN isn't going anywhere IMHO, I really wouldn't worry about it. Christmas officially started Nov 13 last year and it doesn't happen overnight, it's gradual over the first couple weeks of November. So even if Christmas season at DLR were to start later this year you should still see the majority of Christmas decorations. However, my understanding is the hotels are not necessarily done until Thanksgiving. There is a holiday thread for Christmas season at DL here on the DIS that will start seeing activity come Fall, I found that super helpful so keep an eye out for it. All the holiday updates are there practically as soon as they come out!
