Paid in full vacation now but...

Due to a possible situation with me dad, mum might not be able to go we are 33 days out and we are trying to resolve it so she can go but she may not how do I go about canceling her on the trip. We booked thru WDTC package w/the DDP if it is the week before does anybody know how much I will lose to remove her or do I lose all of it? I hate leaving it to the last minute but i still have hope she will be able to go! Thanks for any advice

You should have no problem canceling your mom from your trip. You should receive a refund for her park tickets and dining plan. Disney will keep $50 as a change fee at this late date.

Just give them a call when you need to cancel her.

Will it make a difference if I wait until a few days b4 we leave? I trying to be hopeful that mum can still go. Or can I take care of it at check in? How will this effect tickets for us? Sorry for all the questions this will be a bittersweet trip of she can't go.

If you can I would make the cancellation no later than 48 to 72 hours prior just to be sure they have time to process the refund.
