Paed gastro close to WDW

Hi all
We are coming from the UK this fall and are too too excited. DS1(8) has had significant GI issues which happily are all currently stable so we can finally plan this trip. Does anyone know of a great paed gastro and their office details should we need to seek assistance whilst in WDW? Is there is a good children's hospital in the area if we needed it? I'm sure we won't but would feel better having an address/tel no to hand just in case - you know how us mom's are!

I do not know about a gastro, but this is the hospital that our sons doctor told us to go to if we needed help while on vaction. I'm sure hey would have a gastro there.

Your local specialist should be able to research and recommend someone in the area. I've had my pulmonologist do this for me in the past when travelling out of state. There are several hospitals in the area though if you had an emergency.---Kathy

Thank you both, didn't mean to post and run but am on UK time. Thanks for the address of the Children's Hospital jmartinez. Good suggestion Kathy, I will ask our gastro team but wasn't sure if they will know about colleagues in the US although I guess they will have international contacts through conferences/research and so on. Hope you/your kid's are keeping well.
