Paddlefish Ressies?

So I've heard that Paddlefish just opened and I'm hoping to get ressies for St. Patrick's Day since Raglan Road is sold out.

Does anyone know when we may be able to do the online ressies? As of today (Sunday) the on line no longer says "coming soon" but the box to get the ressie is not there yet.

I read somewhere that they will begin taking reservations on Feb. 6. We are exciting about Paddlefish as well. I have to decide if I am going to keep our Morimoto reservation or try to get one at Paddlefish (we don't go until mid July). We haven't tried Morimoto yet so it will be a tough decision.

In the event that WDW is a bit "slow" with ressies....

Paddlefish is owned by Levy's. Here is a link to the Paddlefish Restaurant Web site:

You will note "Reservations" - top bar, far right. You do not HAVE to go through Disney to get these, as Paddlefish is not Disney owned.
Now, for fun? I clicked on that link - it's broken on the HOME website. That tells me that the owner (Levy's) is not taking reservations.
They are therefore not yet in business, as of today.
