Has anyone packed bottled water in a checked bag and had it leak or anything?
I have to drink special water, due to a bladder issue. I cannot buy anything suitable on Disney property and only staying 3 days so grocery delivery seems extreme.

I had a friend bring 2 bottles of beer all the way from Germany. He packed them in plastic (highly recommended) and then wrapped them carefully with and then snuggled them in with clothes. It can happen but if you wrap it in plastic first, you may be ok.
Think about an Uber ride to the store if needed. Usually cheaper than delivery and easy.

Yes - we went to disney right at the time of Irma. We packed a dozen water bottles and 3 days of quick food.
Water is heavy - so pack/distribute accordingly. We had no issues with anything leaking or anything like that. Tried to put food/water in the middle of clothes, and anything we were worried about leaking I also put into ziploc.
Both on our way down and back TSA opened and searched our bags. Nothing was taken.
However, on the way down, our lock was gone and there was no notice.
On the way home, the locks were in place (luckily I had an extra with me) and there was a note inside the luggage.
When I contacted TSA about getting the lock replaced, they sent me a form, but also said that they couldn't havegone into the bag if there was no note........*no comment on THAT logic*

I am Ubering from Sanford airport to Pop. Maybe I could ask driver to stop at a store or something on way.

Can you buy it via Instacart? They deliver orders from a lot of stores now. You can check the list of stores they deliver from in Orlando and see if you can get what you need. Instacart seems less extreme to me than full grocery delivery. You could also look into any stores that might do Curbside orders, where you order and then they bring it to the car. Cvs does this. You could do it via the Uber maybe? Might just save a bit of time and Uber money.

Ziplock bags are your friend. That said, if you can order it delivered, you will not have to schlep heavy water anywhere and it will be waiting for you when you arrive.

I just looked it up and Whole foods carries my water and Instacart will deliver. Thanks for that tip!
