Packing up DS to move him to NC

Sad, elated, and excitement all at the same time. He starts Wake Forest University's School of Theology in Winston-Salem, NC, on the 22nd and is getting married on the 30th. DH and I are helping him move things to their apartment Monday. He has lived at home his whole 24 years so it will take some adjusting for everyone, especially me. But he is so excited! He and his fiancee make you feel good all over just watching them. I am happy for him; starting on his master's, getting married, and moving to a great town even if it is five hours away! What a wonderful beginning in so many different ways for him!

What an exciting time in your DS life Boots! So many good things going on...and you should add wonderfully supportive parents too...what a true blessing to him.

I hope you don't get the empty nest blues!
