Packing suggestions for a condo/house?

We're renting a 5 bedroom house in Windsor Hills next month (sooo excited to be able to say "next month" now!). This is our first experience with a rental home, so I'm not sure how to go about packing. I know the house will have a starter supply of hand soap and toilet paper, but that we will need to supply things like dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags etc. So, can any experienced home renters give me a packing list of things you bring to a rental that you wouldn't pack if you were headed to a hotel? Do you bring any cooking items (ie spices)? Thanks!
