Packing straw sun hats?

The bright sun gives me a headache. Do I pack my hats or are they plentiful at the ports? We will be on the Western Magic. How about prices?

I haven't been on the Western, but I would imagine you could find some.

We all just wear our hats. DH is a fair red-head (well a bit, a lot "lighter" lol)
and he wears big broad hats in the sun.

I also tied my lime green ribbon to mine. It needed to be a bit bigger though.

We have our hats that we pack..and they are the packable kind. My straw hat..found it at dillards on the clearance rack for $7 in the middle of the winter. It is the best hat ever, it goes right into the suitcase and comes out perfectly. Watch for packable on the tag. Hubbys, we got at the ron jon store at the port. They have a great selection, we thought the prices were good and his is packable as well, so no problems at all with the suitcase.

Wherever you decide to get your hats..you will definately want them for the 7 day western. There is plenty of sun and we considered the hats lifesavers.
