For the first time in several years, my dd and I will be flying to WDW and using the Magical Express. The problem is that we are big time snackers when we are at the resort. Typically, we carry lots of food with us and then make a trip (or two or three!!) to the grocery while we are at WDW. I am not adverse to using Amazon Pantry or another Grocery Service. What kinds of snacks do you carry with you or order for delivery?

If you ordinarily visit the grocery three times during a trip- I would say just order. The delivery charge will be nominal with all of that food.

Microwave popcorn travels well. I've read people who have a checked piece of luggage that has everything but glass items but if packed properly, you can do that too. I personally like to snack on pickles so I buy Mt. Olive snackers that come in little cups. The card board boxes of lunch snacks travel well too (cheez itz, oreos etc).
You could also do Uber to the store at least once on your trip and stock up.

We tend to get lots of fruit for the kids to eat, which we have delivered. They do eat a lot of park snacks as well since we are on vacation and don't normally eat like that.

Pop tarts, a plastic 2 quart pitcher and Crystal Light (or other powdered drink) to keep in the fridge, microwave popcorn, instant oatmeal, chips, cookies, etc.

A few times, I have taken frozen foods (Hot Pockets and single serve meals), margerine sticks (freeze them then put in Ziploc baggy), English muffins/bagels. All travel well.

My carry-on suitcase is always all the food. Never had any problems with anything I've brought.

Pita chips and hummus, wasabi almonds, chocolate chip cookies and milk. I've packed those all but the milk in my suitcase.

We stayed onsite in April in a studio at Kidani and didn't have a car. Since we were flying on Southwest, I packed a suitcase with breakfast items and snacks. Bagels, English muffins, Costco pack of pre-cooked bacon, kraft singles, a small lunch size cooler with cream cheese, cheese blocks, 2 sticks of butter, hummus, and salami, granola bars, trail mix, pop tarts, crackers, oatmeal packets, cookies. Nutrigrain bars and a bag of pretzels did not survive the trip very well. I also threw in extra paper plates, bowls, paper towels, plastic forks/spoons, and a sharp knife and small cutting board and a microwave egg cooker.

I picked up eggs, milk and juice at the resort store and we had breakfast in the room everyday.

I found a note from TSA inside when we got to the resort that they checked my bag. Wonder how crazy they thought I was!

You packed cream cheese, cheese blocks, butter, hummus and salami into a cooler for a trip to Orlando? If your luggage sat on the Tarmac there's no cooler that could protect it. Can you imagine the mess? I'd never take a chance like that going to Florida. I'm glad it worked out for you but the possibility of food spoiling, and people getting sick with food poisoning, would not be worth it to me.
