Packing question

I was wondering about those bags for packing that you squish all the air out
of. I bought some at Wal-Mart and used them to pack tonight for a cruise. I
believe I read here before some of you have used them. My question is do
the clothes really come out not wrinkled. I ironed everything and folded
them neatly before putting in the bag, but after looking at them condensed I
can't believe they won't be wrinkled.

This is either going to be the best thing I have ever done or the worst!

Comments/advice greatly appreciated.

I've never used those bags, but I use a plastic garbage bag, insert the end of the vacuum, fasten with an elastic band, and suck the air out that way. I don't iron first, but when I unpack in the resort I iron then. I'm always amazed at how much more I can fit into the suitcase when I do that.

I've never used the bags your talking about, but when I cruise and need to bring evening gowns I always pack them in the dry cleaners plastic and they always arrive wrinkle free.
