Packing My Bags- Or at least attempting to!

Well I leave on Friday for Disney, (and my wedding is the following Thursday, the 8th) and I have no idea what to pack as far as weather goes.

Is it hot or cold right now? Has anyone just gotten back from Florida who can tell me if I should be wearing pants or shorts? LOL

Yay! You're packing. That is so exciting!

It is still very HOT! And HUMID! EERR, we are all ready for it to cool down already. My students came back and nasty and sweaty and stinky from PE the other day and we have PE at 8:30 in the morning and it was already hot! It still feels like August to me.

I do remember last Halloween I had to put a long sleeved shirt on my daughter, so I think it starts cooling down some time in October. But I can't imagine it doing so anytime soon.

Just to reinforce what Stacey said, It is disgustingly hot and humid! I went to Food and Wine on Thursday evening and was really wishing I had changed out of my jeans. I felt disgusting by the time I got home and didn't really enjoy the hot food items at all. Last night I was so happy when I was leaving Epcot and it started to pour. It felt so good!

Just be prepared for hot weather and bring a rain jacket

I live in Florida, and I can tell you...the weather is spastic at this time of year. Be prepared for high humidity during the day and more pleasant and cooler (hopefully) evenings. Our local forecast said that the lowest temp of the coming week will be in the evening at 65 degrees.... I hope this helps!

Yay! You must be so excited! I'm six weeks out, and I'm already getting the itch to pack - ok, I confess, I already have one small suitcase done, and another one started

Thanks SO MUCH LADIES!!! You guys are so awesome- now i wont be wasting space in my bag with un-seasonal clothing= which leaves more room for SHOES!

Anyway!-Chickkypoo that's awesome that you already starting packing- you are way ahead of the game!

It's so exciting! I feel like we just started planning- how can it already be here? Time flies when you are stalking others on the boards!

It is HOT. Hot hot hot. I am from here and normally I can handle the heat... yesterday we were at food and wine and it went something like this: eat something, go into a shop to cool down... eat something, go into a shop to cool down, notice it was drizzling, run outside to cool down.
It was the first time I ever looked at my DH and said that it was too hot, I wanted to go home.
Don't forget your ponchos and a refillable water bottle.
