So, when you all go to Disney, what kinds of things do you like to bring along? I'm leaving in a little less than 2 weeks, and with everything that's going on, I have start getting ready. Will it be warm enough to swim in March? Does it rain alot? What kinds of things do you wear in the parks?

Thanks for helping me out!:goodvibes

A lot of people say not to wear flip flops, but I do. any kind. I'm more comfortable in them in the heat, you don't have to worry about packing socks, and getting them wet on rides like splash mountain isn't a big deal like it is with sneakers.

I'd pack some shorts, capris, and pants. You never know on the weather.

A mixture of tops that can be layered.

I'm not sure about the swimming. I would, but since I'm a swimmer, I'd swim in any temp.

your own sunglasses. The price of sunglasses in disney is nuts.

have fun!

The pools are heated so it is fine to go swimming...

A mixture of Shorts Capris and Pants. But I would go mainly with Capris...

A mixture of tops. But I would go mainly with short sleeved. And a light sweater or hoodie

As for shoes I would say tennis shoes. A LOT of people say crocs are good, but I hate the look of them so I would never.

Rubber bands. You are going to want to put your hair up probably.

It may be warm enough to swim.
Honestly, I'd bring something you'd wear in Alaska, and something in well - Florida. Tanks and Jackets, and flip flops and tennis shoes..

You might want a light wind jacket or something with you. Sometimes in March the nights can get chilly. However, I was looking at the weather trend for March (I'm leaving for WDW next week lol) and it looks like it is going to be very warm!!! :cool1:

I have been to WDW plenty times before in March and it is definitely warm enough to swim. :thumbsup2

Expect it to rain everyday. FL rain is the best. It rains for about 5-10 minutes and then dries up immediately like nothing happened. It isn't like NE rain where the clouds darken the day all day. It may not rain somedays and may others...but count on it to rain everyday for about 5-10 minutes lol.

Because I am a total nerd when it comes to WDW, rofl, I pack fanny packs and wear one. I think it is SO easy. It holds my camera, money, and all that stuff. I'd rather wear one than carry a bag...it's just easier for me lol.

I pack lots of clothes and other traditional vacationing things, heh.

Normally I go in July, so coats and jackets are never an issue with me, heh.

Just DONT bring Nike flip flops.

They tripped me over 12 times. :lmao:

Florida is screwed up in the winter.
So, I suggest some warmer clothes at night (a couple pairs of jeans and a few hoodies) so if the occasion does arrive in the daytime, you'll have them.
You can swim silly, but it might get cold.

The best time I find for Florida in April/May cos it's hot, but it's not over the top hot like it is in the summer.

a couple pairs of shorts.....most hotels have washers and dryers!;)

a different shirt for everyday

socks, tennis shoes, flipflops, sandals.

swimsuit or two.....in case one is still wet from overnight

a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt just in case mother nature pulls a trick on ya! :butterfly

Yea- March is one of those months where ya never know what you're gonna get weather-wise, so pack a variety.

I would mostly bring short sleeves, a sweatshirt, and one or two 3/4 length or long sleeved shirts. Also bring something nice to wear in case you go to one of the nicer restaurants. Jeans and shorts... basically what everyone else said...

i always end up bringing stuff that i never use, like a flashlight, laser pointer, nerf ball, and other stuff like that

it will be warm enough to swim. .i went one year to disney in the first week of march and it was kind of cold in the morning so we just brought one jacket and then took it off at the park when it got warmer. .make sure you bring comfortable tennis shoes and socks those are important. .i think thats about it hope you have fun im going next year to disney over spring break. .

take it from me, march is always a wishy-washy month. sometimes its sweltering, sometimes its not. so i would pack a variety. i always wear tennis shoes into the parks, never flip flops, but i do bring them for wandering around the hotel. its just easier. some of my helpful things i always bring are:
-batteries
-chargers (camera, cellphone, etc.)
-medicine (headaches, stomachahes, whatever aches)
-my own shampoo/soap
-towel(because the other ones are just small...)
-neosporin/band-aids
