Packing ?? for CC Wedding

It's still a long way off, but my daughter is getting married in Sept on Castaway Cay. I will be responsible for bringing the wedding dress, one bridesmaid dress, and four tuxedos...along with some silk flowers and a few other things. We are flying in the day before and staying at the airport hotel. I need suggestions on the best way to transport all of this stuff. Thanks!!

Have you thought about hiring a service that picks everything up at your house and delivers it at the port. It might be easier to go that way versus trying to haul everything to the airport and then the port.
