Any one heard any rumors when calling Disney about when offers will be coming out for this December?

Received an e-mail last week offering free dining for Nov & Dec. Must
be booked by July 28th. We are from Canada.

We got our offer in May, same deadline of July 28th. So, I think the general thinking here is that it would open to the public sometime after that deadline. most people think it will definitely go public, though, so don't worry. hope that helps.

I got a 30% off pin for December 1-30 but no trip planned this year

I just read on another thread that December free Dining would begin July 12th.
And July 9th for Disney Visa Cardholders. Hope that's true!
