Package with AP???

Is there anyway to get a package without buying tickets? We have AP's but would like to go on the Platinum Plan and not pay extra for park hoppers.

No, the only "package" without passes is the Basic Plan. You are not able to get any of the Dream Maker packages without passes included.

This is something that I would love to see Disney change, at the very least for PAP holders, since it is essentially the same thing as an UPH.

I can verify this ... I have tried on a least two different occassions to get the Silver plan for 3 with only 2 UHPs since I am a PAP holder too .. but was told its all or nothing basically.

Funny thing was they were able to charge me the Room at AP rates, if the rate was available for May. And I could upgrade the UHP to an AP/PAP if I wanted. But unfortunately they dont "downgrade" the packages.
