Package question, HELP (please)

When buying a package, as the "fairytale package" that starts tommorrow for disney club what is the cancelation policy on these types of packages through WDTC? Is it at all possible to cancel or change your reservations to another package or discount if it becomes available? Or if there is an emergency? Or is this the travel insurance for, the emergency problems?

Our first *real* Disney vacation we bought a package (WDTC) and used DC discount. I did buy the trip insurance as our parents are elderly, and you just never know.
