Package pickup

Hello Everyone, this is our first time going to Universal and I read somewhere that you can have packages sent to the front for end-of-day pickup. I was wondering where you pick them up, about how long they take to get there and is it a pretty easy thing to do.

At the Studios, the packages are sent to "It's a Wrap" which is right by the exit of the park. At Islands they are sent to "The Trading Company" which is the in the Port of Entry which is very close to where you exit also. You need to send purchases there at least 2 hours before you are planning on leaving.

Yes, they do deliver to the hotels.
