Package payment plans

In the past we've booked through Disney and were able to pay a deposit and then pay the rest up to a month out, I think. I'd like to reserve now for a trip in August, but the Disney site doesn't have the same rooms or flights to choose from that I could get elsewhere. So, my question is are there any other places where you can pay over time? It looks like Orbitz for example requires the whole thing up front. Thanks!
