Package for Preschoolers During Free Dining?

Someone was talking about a vacation package for families with preschoolers not too long ago on this board, but I can't find the thread. Could someone tell me more about this package? I think it was for about 1000. for 2 or 3 nigths with park tickets for two adults and one child.
