Package Extras?

When do we receive the package extras and information? Does the Winter Dream Package come with the lanyard and trading pins? I know that luggage tags are supposed to come with it. Does all of this stuff come when the reservation package comes?

but I remember getting my luggage tags with my travel documents and the pins were given to us when we checked in at the resort.
