Package and park reservations

I have a packaged booked for August 2021 and was trying to make park reservations but it isn't recognizing the package for 2 people in my party - it is says that I can make my reservations (I currently have a trip for December 2020 and have separate tickets for the trip). I tried linking the package but it says that I already have it linked. Any suggestions on how to get the package to recognize everyone in the package so that I can make reservations?

You are going to have to call probably. Sorry. You could try deleting the caches in your browser or using an incognito window or a completely different computer or browser software. Most of this applies on computer only, not phone app.
