The rooms at the Poly are huge compared to the other Disney resorts. You will have plenty of room for the pack n play in the room.

Possibly by the "connecting" door. I recall there being a lot of space there. I've heard of others putting it in the second bathroom (the one without the toilet).

That would be in a DVC Studio Villa, not a Resort room

Ahh, ok. No personal experience here - but I've read people post (similar to what a PP above noted) that some will put it in the second bathroom.

The studios have a cutout (maybe for the connecting door? I forget) in the hall that fits a pack n play perfectly. That what we did. Left it up the entire week too.

Or the 2nd bathroom works. Or over by the patio sliding door. You have several options.
