I have a 2 year old DS. I need help packing his diaper bag that we will be carrying around. Any suggestions? I'm scared I'm going to be lugging a ton of stuff around because I over prepare.TIA

I was always a fairly minimalsitic packer anyway. I would take the number of usual nappies plus a spare or 2 (with the same number of nappy bags). You don't need more as Disney sell them in the parks in single packets for about $3 so if you are desperate you can manage. Travel sizes of the following: nappy cream, baby wipes and change mat. I used to pack a plastic nappy bag with 1 nappy, the cream and wipes. I would only then have to pull that out to do a change. I repacked at the end of each change ready for next time.
We share a bottle of water as a family so we didn't have to bring a seperate cup for dd. I never carried changes of clothes. Then there would be some small emergency snacks (box of raisins, museli bar etc).

I never leave for even a 1/2 day at the park without:

-Sun sticker sensors
-Sun screen instant cover spray
-snacks (baggies of pretzels, fruit snacks, puffs, etc things I can't always find to purchase in the parks)
-Purell
-Wipes
-Diapers/pull ups (3 on average if it's diapers 1 back up pull up you never know)
-Sippy/bottle
-Empty Gallon ziploc (this has come in handy 1000 times, I put wet/peed/popscile clothes in it)
-Spare t-shirt at least, been caught buying one too many $24 WDW onesie that was never worn again
-Sun hat
-depending on the season I throw in a thin recieving blanket even when they are toddler's it's nice to have them for shade over the stroller, mopping up messes, etc. They fold up to nothing. I fit it all in a Skip Hop Saddle Bag that hangs from the side of the stroller.

I don't like to carry around too much stuff. This is what I take: a few diapers and wipes, a disposable changing pad, a change of clothes (a set that doesn't take up too much space), hand sanitizer, and a pacifier if your child needs one. I always like to go back to the hotel mid-day for rest and nap. This also allows me to get away with not taking as much. I have even run out of diapers at Disney but for the Baby Center locations to be very helpful. I say keep it simple. It makes getting around a lot easier.

4 diapers
travel pack of wipes
changing pad
small diaper cream
small change of clothes
sweatshirt
sunscreen
sippy cup
a few snacks
a small toy or 2 (the disney cell phones work great)
Maybe a compact blanket to cover the stroller or if it's cold
tylenol
hand sanitizer
