We are considering getting a DVC studio at the Polynesian for our trip next May. We are going to book a 1 bedroom at our home resort (Boardwalk standard) but may try to switch to Poly at the 7 month window. I wondered if a Pack and Play could fit in either of the bathrooms in the DVC studios. We will have a 3.5 year old and a 7 month old. The 3.5 year old will sleep on the pull down single bed most likely (and she goes to bed really late anyway), but it would be nice to have the baby in a separate area if possible.

YES! A pack and play should fit in the bathroom that just has the standup shower- its pretty large (and awesome) In fact now that I am thinking about it- it might fit in the other bathroom as well

Not sure about there but we did at a 2 bdrm BLT in the 3rd bathroom. Worked out perfect to keep her in a quiet and dark area for naps.

This would be perfect!!! Because then we could all use the toilet :)

Actually there are two bathrooms in the studio. In the pp it was mentioned that it would fit in the stand up shower one, but that I believe would be the smaller of the two and that might be a little tight, plus not sure how old your baby is but if they can stand they might be able to grab some things. Additionally, if the fan is to bathroom fan is to loud from this it constantly goes off with the slightest movement. This bathroom is also closest to the pull down bed under the TV. The other bathrooms downfall is this is your only toilet. I leaving in 10 days and would be happy to try putting the pack n play in there and take a picture.

Most bathrooms fit a pack n play...

We've put a full rental crib in some of the 1/2 br DVC bathrooms before

I've stayed in the Poly studios. The larger bathroom would definitely fit a PNP, but it's also the bathroom that has the only toilet, so if anyone has to use the toilet during the evening, they might wake the baby. The smaller bathroom would likely fit a PNP, but it would be tight--you'd have to remove all of the towels from the walls and anything reachable from the sink area if the baby is able to stand and reach outside of the crib (which would be impressive for a 7 month old, but not unheard of...)

The BWV 1-bedroom is even better: there is a huge closet that opens into the bathroom, and a pack n play fits comfortably. There's pretty much nothing to grab around, either (except the key to the safe).

I know this is an older thread but I was wondering if anybody was able to get the pack n play to fit in the smaller bathroom (with stand up shower only)? I'm really hoping this is an option!

I've seen a lot of reports on the DVC board that people put the PnP in the bathroom with no toilet.

It's also our plan.

We haven't gone on our trip yet...leave Dec. 6th. I still plan on putting the pack n play in the smaller half bath and taping a piece of paper over the fan sensor if it becomes a problem. When is your trip? I can post pics of our set up (whatever we find that works) once I return. I've searched all over for an actual pic of the pack n play in the smaller bathroom and have come up empty handed.

Pack n play fits in shower room but we chose to use the bigger shower as it's a little further from the tv sounds. Have a great trip

Thank you, thank you! :worship: This helps me tremendously. I'm so glad it fits and even has extra space around it to squeeze in and put the baby down. 21 more days and I can't be more excited! :santa:

Would love to hear about your experience when you return from your trip! I'm thinking about trying out a Poly Studio this spring and was also hoping to put the pack 'n play in the bathroom without the toilet (don't think we'd make it all night without using the toilet - our preschooler normally goes in the middle of the night.) Did you have any issues with the fan sensor? Thanks!
