We are staying on the cabins at the end of Sept. We have a 2.5yr old and a 10mo old, and so we really need two pack and plays....Will we be able to get a second? My 2.5 yr old is better off in the pack and play as he still sleeps in a crib at home. (He loves his cribby. It is the only place he goes to sleep, but he sleeps great!! :thumbsup2 ) He slept in the pack and play last year and did fine. (This was just before the 10mo old was born. That was an interesting waddle through DW!!!)

My best guess would be yes as I am sure that Disney has encountered this need before with families that have young twins. I would check with a CM.

When we stayed in the cabins, our 2.5 year old daughter who was still sleeping in a crib at home was able to manage the lower bunkbed without any problems. Only one side of the bed was open; the other side is tight against the wall. The beds also sit fairly low to the ground.

It's not so much him not "doing well", as it is my need to contain him....If he is not in a crib, he will roam the room!!! Not a good thing for a Mommy and Daddy that would like to get some sleep. Being in the crib is what clues him into bedtime. Otherwise, he just doesn't settle down.

This is a silly question, but have you put your 2.5yr old in a pack and play recently? They are small. My oldest (now 2.5) stopped fitting in the pack an play when he was 19 months, and he's not that tall. It was funny, last Christmas, we put him in it and discovered we had to lay him diagonally so he would fit. Poor guy!

you can request 2, and hopefully they will have 2 available to give you (i would think you'll be fine), but they won't make any promises...

on our first trip when my three were 2 y.o. we stayed in a cabin. they set up 3 P-n-Ps for us (i called ahead and explained the situationto the front desk at ft. wilderness), and they had housekeeping remove the queen sized bed in the back room to ensure that we had room for all 3...GREAT customer service!! i tell you this to let you know that they will do what they can to help!!

i also spoke to housekeeping prior to our trip about the actual dimensions of the P-n-Ps, because some are quite a bit shorter than others. my 3, at 2 y.o. (and average height) fit into them...bit of a tight fit, but it worked.

have a great trip!
