Pacino's on 192 - don't waste your money!

Just an FYI warning about Pacino's on 192. My wife and I visited their establishment in July thinking it looked and sounded a lot like a nice Italian restaurant. However we quickly found out we were wrong, they were not very busy however they seated us on the second floor, so when we arrived on the second floor to the hostess, she proceeded to ignore us even though we were sent there by the downstairs host. We were finally seated and proceeded to wait over ten minutes for our server to say hello, I'll be with you in a minute. We placed our order, I ordered the chicken parmigana, however much to surprise when I cut into what looked like a breast of chicken, it was processed meat! Not the nice breast you would expect for the prices we were paying. It was disgusting, I spit it out and did not have a meal that evening. Our requests to speak with the management about the processed chicken were not granted and we were told we would still be charged for the entree. If anyone is thinking about eating there, I would highly discourage them, if you really want Italian food there is a Macaroni Grill 1/2 mile away. And of course Alfredo's in Italy at EPCOT is excellent too!

Don't be fooled by Pacino's, it looks nice from the outside but very disappointing on the inside.

Oh my, I was sooo sorry to read your post! We were there two years ago and had a fabulous meal and wonderful attentive service! It was on our 16 day trip and we spent several days offsite. At the time, Pacino's was in the Entertainment Book and we used it for buy one get one free entree. DH and I both ordered lasagna though, not meat dishes, so that might have made the difference. We were seated downstairs at a wonderful table and still talk about this place with very fond memories.

Wow I guess some things never change. We ate there about 4 or 5 years ago and did not like it. Eveytime we drive by we remember how unenjoyable the meal was. It is amazing to me that in a place where so much competition is around in the area of reataurants that some places can even stay alive when they do not cater to patrons.
