Yes, you can. I believe it is pa.direct.file. That is PA's online filing with no fee.

Yes! I found it, thanks! I checked H&R Block's website earlier and they charge $24.95 to file state taxes.

You're welcome. I used to work for H & R, now I use their free federal program online. I do home daycare so I always owe PA, I always wait to file that one.
