What do you all think about it? What are your schools rules on it? How well do the people at your school follow it? (I thought we needed a good discussion and this is all that I can think of!)

Discussers!

my high school has rules about it but they don't really inforce them. last year i was at my locker and i turned around and these two kids were seriously making out in the middle of the hallway. my junior high seriously inforced the rules. like you couldn't hug anyone. it was bad how strict it was.

At my school the rules are strict. The Students dont they will break them infront of teachers even if they are going to get yelled at later. But what is funny the teacher yell at you more about then the principles do. But most of the teacher will let most of it go only if it interferes with classtime.

My School is more in to the dress code enforcement thow. They will send you home or get your parents to bring you clothes. But most teacher will not comment on it only if it gets to bad.

we've got rules about it, only a few teachers enforce it.

My old high school was very strict if you hugged you would get talked it was bad. They where very strict about it but my new HS it not as bad as they where.

At my old school the teachers said you couldn't even hug, but people were in foreplay all over the hallways.

My school at the moment is not very strict about it, but they need to start being a tad bit stricter. You arn't supposed to do anything. Like Holding hands, hugging or anything more than that. What is happening though is getting a little in-appropriate, because we are only in 9th grade, and I don't think that teens our age can be soo in love that they can't wait a whole 8 hours until making out again. My locker is sorta stuck back in the corner where there is a teacher who stands right there. I look behind me and KNOW that the 2 that always make out are making out. I was right. Well they were making out so hard they were banging up against the lockers and stuff. The whole time I was at my locker they never stopped kissing! I went on to my next class and had to use the restroom. I was on my way to the bathroom and went by an empty classroom. They were in there having sex!! I mean bare naked and all! I was like uhh eww. I did so not want to see that. I am sorry to sound all prude and all, but I mean seriously! If you feel the need to do that at 14/15 years old you need to do it at home, not at school!

that's what my school did but i only had like one teacher who was really bad with PDA
like if he saw a guy and girl hold hands in the hallway he would give them detention (i should know it's happened to me b4:blush:)

Yeahh. It seems to be the new thing to do at my school if you are friends with the mexicans.

oh...

well we can hold hands and kiss and hug, but nothing like makeing-out.
I love that our teachers let us pass notes as long as we pay attention. =]

Wow.

Our school isn't that strict. People kiss, but they don't make out or anything...Luckily...because it's not something I'd like to see. And they hold hands and everything, but it's not bad. Everyone is pretty good about it.

Nothing huge happens at my school. Last year though, the school was very horrible about that stuff. There were even kids going all the way in the hallways during class.

ewwwwww.

our MS was all strict, like you couldn't come within like 6 inches of the other sex.
but idk about HS.
i think like kissing/hugging/holding hands is fine. but anything more is like yuck. get a room or something.

although, i've never had/done any PDA, so if i do, i might have different opinions on them....

Our school doesn't have set rules, we just use common sense.

I was actually going to start a thread today about this. I was inspired by two men making out and "stroking" each other at a public park where I play volleyball.

my school doesnt have problems with it yet

and now some of our teachers call it "makeing purple" i.e. boys are blue and girls are pink and they shouldnt mix
