if there are two owners on the deed but have two different addresses do the families of both addresses get the direct perks( ex. myself and my wife live at 1 main st and my son and his family live at 11 main st)

All persons named on a direct purchase deed are considered owners and are entitled to full member benefits. They would be able to purchase annual passes at member pricing for their immediate family that resides with them. This applies even if those named on the deed live at different addresses.
