I just started the sign-up process, and the page that requires verification of what I will receive shows the discounted membership fee. However, the verification says I will receive only ONE free visit per year. The offer page for DIS states that I would receive a second free visit per year for the first three years of my membership. How can I get confirmation of the offer before confirming my payment?

When you go to the next step in the process you will get a drop down box asking where you saw the promotion - just select DISboards and the 2nd free visit will be added to the order.

Actually, it still didn't show on the order, even when I selected Disboards. It did show the discounted amount for signup, but it did not add a confirmation of a second free visit per year.

I wrote to them before confirming the order, and Brian wrote back with this:

"Hi Evey, Consider this e-mail confirmation. Because the Dis offer is not a permanent offer we send a manual e-mail after you sign up confirming your extra visits. I hope this helps and please let us know if you should need anything additional. Brian"

So... if anybody else is wondering when they go to sign up, that's how it's working now.
